What we collect

If you submit an enquiry form, we receive:

• Your name, so we know who we are replying to;
• Your email address, as the reply route;
• Your zip code, to work out which professionals cover you;
• Any project details you choose to enter;
• Your street address and phone number — both optional, and they stay optional. The form sends without either.

That is the only personal information this site asks for. There is no account to create.

The address box offers suggestions as you type. Those come from Photon, a public address-lookup service run by komoot. Producing them means what you have typed so far is sent to komoot as you type, before you submit, and whether or not you ever submit.

If you would rather that did not happen, leave the address box empty. The zip code is the only location we actually need, and the rest of the form works exactly the same without it.

We use a web analytics service to understand which parts of the page people read. It records page views and interactions in aggregate. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how the page is used (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) and replays those sessions to us. Form fields are masked, so what you type is not captured.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party form-forwarding service, and arrive in our email inbox. Address suggestions in the form come from Photon, run by komoot, which receives what you type into the address box in order to return matches. The site is served as static files from Cloudflare, which processes standard request logs, including IP addresses, for security and delivery purposes.

What we do with it

We use your details to reply to you and to tell you when remodeling matching opens in your area. HyreRemodel expects to earn revenue in future by connecting homeowners with remodeling professionals. We will not pass your details to a company without telling you first and getting your agreement. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our inbox until they are no longer useful to answer. Ask us to delete yours and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.

Your choices

To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, contact us using the details below. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act; we apply the same handling to everyone regardless.

Calls and texts (TCPA)

The enquiry form has an optional phone field and, beside it, an optional consent box. They are optional together and on purpose. You can send the form without a number, and if you do give one, leaving the box unticked means we will not call or text you about it.

Ticking that box is express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. It means HyreRemodel may call and text the number you gave, including with an autodialer, an artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS, about your enquiry. It is not a condition of using this site or of anything we provide, and we do not pass the number to anyone else on the strength of it.

You can withdraw it whenever you like: reply STOP to any text, call (866) 582-8523, or write to HyreRemodel, 6975 Union Park Avenue, Midvale, UT 84047, United States. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. We keep a record of when consent was given and when it was withdrawn, because we have to be able to show which one applies.

Children

The site is intended for homeowners and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of the page changes and the previous version is superseded from that date.
